Still hungry?

Last time i was here I posted about a lovely dinner. Tonight I’ll post a recipe for a lovely healthy breakfast. Everyone loves breakfast, and you can eat it any time of the day, so why not find a healthy alternative for you’re favorite meal of the day?

I’ll be teaching you how to make french toast with a side of sweet egg whites.


– Cooking Spray

– Pan

– Whisk

– Bowl

– Spatula


– Two slices of ezekiel bread

– Six egg whites (I usually use carton egg whites, but if you like to separate eggs then go for it!)

– 10 drops English Toffee stevia

– Cinnamon

– Walden Farms Syrup

You’re going to whisk you English Toffee stevia into your six egg whites. Then you’re going to dip your bread in the egg whites and place it onto the sprayed pan. Cook as you would regular french toast. When you’re all finished top it off with Walden Farms syrup! Quick and easy and delicious!


Recently I received an injury and now I’m out of training): However, I’m not out of the game. My friend, Brooke, wants me to help her prep for her very first show! So i’ll still be posting on here fun things you an do and fun activities!

While I’m here I’ll post the fun recipe for yummy turkey muffins!

Things you need:

bowl, muffin/cupcake tin, cooking spray


1 package of lean ground turkey

5 eggwhites

1/4 cup chopped onions and peppers

1/4 cup of spinach

Italian seasonings, Garlic seasoning


Sweet potato

Almond milk


First preheat your over to 400. Then I prepare my turkey. I put the package in a bowl, dump all my muffin ingredients int the same bowl and just mix it all together (I usually use my hands). after thats all mixed together, start making nice sized balls and place them in the pre sprayed cupcake/muffin tin. Place them in the oven, cook for 20 minutes and then flip them over, then another ten minutes or until they’re done.

Next is your icing(you can make these at the same time. doesn’t matter) You can peal your sweet potato or not, totally up to you. Also you choice is to boil or steam it. I usually steam it because it cooks faster that way. so wrap it up in plastic wrap and put it in the microwave for 2 minutes. then take it out and put it in a pot on top of the stove and start mashing, make sure you slowly add your almond milk to the potato so it soaks it in. The almond milk will make it looser, more icing like. when you get the consistency that like, let it cool! Once it’s cool, i put it all into a sandwich baggie and wait for my turkey muffins to be done.

When the turkey muffins are done, take them out and place them on a plate. Take your mashed sweet potato icing and start squeezing right on top! And walahh, you have yourself a nice new muffin meal!

Hey! My name is Amanda and welcome to my first blog all about fitness! Before I start posting my workouts and recipes and all that jazz, let me tell you a little bit about myself. I’m 20 years old, in college, and I’m a Nationally Qualified Bikini Competitor. Why yes, I am a bodybuilder. I started when I was 18. I competed in my very first show on May 10th 2013 just because I was so interested in the process. Once I stepped out on stage I knew that this is what I wanted to do with my life. I’ve competed in three shows all together. My last show I placed first, and that qualified me for Nationals. With that being said I’m on my way to becoming a pro, and this blog will be my journey. Here I will post what I’m eating, how I’m working out, but also my set backs to show that it’s not as easy as I might make it look. I hope you enjoy all I have to offer and apply things to your own lives!
